  Breakfast was a good mix of meats and fruit with some scrambled eggs plus the usual options of crreal, juice, tea, coffee. I needed to eat little else to get through my day.

  The B&B is run by a lovely lady originally from Germany. The service is extremely friendly and very helpful. Petra helped me with things, to do with my planned move to the island that went way beyond what anyone could reasonably expect of their host.

  Lugar encantador, casa en la que disfrutas de cada detalle y hay miles, todos cuidadosamente elegidos. La anfitriona Petra es todo amor, te atiende siempre con una sonrisa y es muy detallista. Sirve desayunos maravillosos. Hay bicicletas a disposición de los huéspedes. Como hacia un poco de frío por la noche, la habitación tenía la calefacción encendida y en el salón había un mantita a mi disposición.

  Although you can pull in to the getting gate to load and offload the car parking is on the main road. A little uncomfortable at first but soon becomes second nature.

  Bonito lugar donde pasar unos días. Céntrico con fácil acceso a la playa o montaña. Servicio familiar y agradable. Piscina con diferentes zonas donde poder relajarse.

  The gardens are lovely and peaceful especially considering the main road is just the other side of the wall. The pool is a big plus.

  Location is great, just three minutes walk from the centre of town and with easy public transport access to Las Palmas if you want a day in the city. In the other direction Vega de San Mateo is a lovely little town too.

  Be aware that it is a B&B not a hotel. It is a lovely old Canarian house. it has real character, two friendly dogs and caters to cyclists including mountain bikers. If you are looking for a four star hotel experience with polished marble and strong Wi-Fi everywhere, 24hr room service and a big screen TV in every room then it is not for you. If you want to feel welcome and at home in a characterful environment you'll love it. I did.
